About Me
Shayla Faustin is a dedicated community service advocate, self- Published multi-genre author, writer, and entrepreneur, and runs a Facebook community for small business owners called The CRU small business network.
While she’s obsessed with leveling the playing ground, Shayla also understands that building a brand which may seem to be an effortless process, actually requires a lot of effort and commitment.
Her experience with starting a business with no resources or funding quickly made her realize that early-stage entrepreneurship was a tedious and complex process requiring knowledge, experience, and support for success.
Therefore she documented her experience and learnings in the course of her startup. She has since focused on helping others build, launch, and scale their businesses.
In 2021, she had the idea of starting a podcast called pushed to purpose. But decided to move forward with creating a magazine in which she can highlight small business owners.
She is so focused and dedicated in all she does. Thus, Shayla has helped hundreds of small businesses, authors, and families to achieve their business goals by offering solution-oriented services.
